The center is not "secure" you do not need anything to go there. The students there do not work weekends so they are free on the weekends and most evenings. It is common for them to go to town, even go home for the weekends. There are common areas for you to visit with him at. I do believe guests have to check in and/or he checks out when he leaves.

With that said, he should know all about visits. The program is not that bad, great food and a nice little town. He should have gotten most of this info when he got his info on the first day. And of course he should be calling you every evening since most evenings is free.

No visitations or phone calls can be made.

Actually, it appears to be correct if the inmate is in the Boot Camp.
