Is it a crime to lie on a birth certificate?
My ex husband lied on our daughters birth certificate. He was a career con artist and he had me believing he was from ireland but he was really born in a city here in Ohio. I am now having to go through the hassle of changing our daughters last name and this lie he knowingly told on her because. I'm wanting to know if this is a crime and if so how does one go about getting him charged with the crime? I ask not out of spite but,this man has since fathered two other children and on their because he put that he was born in germany. Can somebody please please help me!?
