Hello. I am currently on probation for a dui simp. Possession. I served 6 days, then I was released and given probation. I have yet to meet my probation officer, but I have been to orientation. The other night, I had a couple of drinks (idiotic, I know) at my brother in laws and we ended up getting into an argument. My phone wasn't working, so I was forced to walk home. A police officer pulled me over and gave me an underage consumption citation.

Will this be a violation, and if so, will I be forced to serve time? I have a job lined up, so I really can't afford to go to jail again.

You know the saying; If you can't do the time, don't do the crime. You just got on probation and you immediately go out and violate it. I would not be surprised if you get jail time over this.
