My sons mother won't let me see my son, I was paying child suppt but she followed me to my house from work and had me arrested two days later by a county she doesn't live in anymore for back pay. Now I'm jobless and collecting more back pay I catch up because the ***** keep getting me arrested. My son doesn't have my last name she was supposed to change it Years ago! And my son has never lived with her. Her grandparents raise him so she can party. I found out I cany give up my rights so how do I get visitation, his name changed and the money going to hid grandparents not her!

You have to go to court. And the court awards them. Didn't you have a ruling from when the child support payments were awarded to her?
