The movie revolves around a leader of a crime ring. He gets the guys to do a robbery. They think he is a white man with a tracheotomy,in a wheel chair.that's who they are looking for when it comes time to split the money. But, in the end he has fooled everyone because it turns out he is a black man who can walk and talk without help.
