    US- Tax filing
Hi, I was in USA for less than three months on L1 visa for an assignment. My family was not with me in USA.
Can I still file tax as married-jointly? If not, what should be right option to file it?

Any suggestion would be of great help !

    Thanks,
    Rohit

No; you must file Form 1040nr with Form 2106 to claim daily living expenses. No standard deduction is allowed.
