Recently, I hear my pipes banging when I open a faucet after he toilet flushes and begins filling the toilet tank. Once the tank is filled or faucet is shut noise stops.

The same occurs if I shower and someone flushes the toilet. So it's tied to tank fill up and someone using a faucet or shower and stops when one of those stop.

I don't hear the bang any other time.
