    Tip wage "paycheck" not being taxed
    I receive a wkly taxed paycheck & then a separate non-taxed check for tip wages. My employer said I will receive a 10-99 for tip wages that he didn't report or pay taxes on. Is this legal?

    Probably not, but reporting him to the IRS will likely get you fired.
