    Good morning,

I need some help here, please. Is this a brand new instalation of the of the light or are you replacing an existing device?

If this a replacement, was the device working before you swapped the new device into the circuit?

Is the device fed from a wire at the device outlet or is it fed from the switch?

Testing between a neutral or a ground and the hot feed side of the switch should show 120 vac. Also test from the other screw and wire on the switch. That screw should show ) volts or 120 vac depending on how you throw the switch. Do you get 120 from both sides of the switch? If not switch is shot.

I gave you and Don balancers. It's obviously someone who has no idea how the site works.

In my opinion, best to consider any rating, positive or negative, irrelevant, no matter if you know or not who is giving the rating.

Ironic that you happen to be the only one that gave valid advice on how to troubleshoot the problem.

Just keep giving the excellent advice you always provide, and ignore the ratings.

If someone has any problem with anyone's advice, they should have the balls to put it in a reply.
