I'm Egyptian and I've been living here for 3 years and I transfersd 10000$ plus 59500 and this made by wired from my Egyptian acc to my American acc do I have to file any paper work or to declare this money on my tax return and do I have to pay taxes on it or no ? And I've been receiving wait form and w9 for from my bank does this have anything to do with my money that I transferred from Egypt ? I've heard if I didn't declare This money the IRS will take 55 % from this money because they will take it as a gift ? Thank you very much
