My car suddenly stalls but when I start it again it runs back. But it keeps doing it for the past teo days now. I got my new distributor assembly installed a year ago.Do you think it has something to do with the fuel pump or filter?

You likely installed an aftermarket distributor. If it's under warranty, install another one. Otherwise, install a genuine Honda distributor. Over 50% of new aftermarket distributors haven't worked at AMHD--many of the remaining ones have been unreliable.
