I was arrested 2 years ago for having drugs on me. It was one of those things I was just around the wrong people and got caught up in the mess. I plead under the first offenders act, and am going to school for health information technology. After I complete probation I was told it would not be held against me. I have 3 more years of probation, but after that time what will show up on my background check?
