I took 0.5 mg 3 hours before my test and 10:30 the night before. I didn't get to take my test until noon. Would that 1.omg of xanax be strong enough to be detected in a 10 panel urine test. I need it to prove that I take my medicine. I take my xanax every night for months . I weigh 150, don't exercise or drink a lot of water. Should I worry about such a low dosage going undetected?
