Do I have a penis infection?
I am only 13 and still a virgin. I have been getting a bad pain for a while in my foreskin. It has turned red and every time I pull it back I can see little moist White spots. I have cleaned it and they go but they come back. I am not allergic to anything. I have had it before where I need the toilet and as I start to pee, it burns. It normally lasts about a week. It hurts always but it hurts more if it touches anything. Please answer because I want to know what it is as it happens about 2 times a year and it hurts too much to let it pass. I want to know how to get rid of it for the future. Please help
