Cramping before period and nauseous, could I be pregnant?
I'm due to get my period any day now, but for the past 2 weeks I have had cramps which I don't usually get, at night I feel nauseous, and my breasts are extremely sore. Normally I don't really have any symptoms until the day or two before I get my period I get cramps. Could I be pregnant?

It's possible... see what happens with your period and test if necessary. Hope it turns out how you would like it to.

Thanks for your help. I know this sounds strange, but I was pregnant before and had an usual urge to clean, and I have had that lately. Is that a possible sign?

Some women will experience what is referred to as the "nesting instinct", but this usually comes towards the end of pregnancy. It wouldn't be a common sign for early pregnancy, but you may be different in that regard. Give it several more days and see if your period shows.
