I never have hot water any more an I also have to open the valves tonthe pressure through. It goes warm fr a few seconds and then cold an keeps repeating it!

Can you reword this question, and also add as much detail as to what valve you open, etc, etc. The more info you can give, the better we can try to help. What type of water heater? Do you only have a lack of hot water in one fixuture, or all fixtures?
