Hallo
I have an original quite sizeable painting of the border town of Breisach am Rhein, situated in the south of Germany, bordering France (near Colmar, France). It is an oil on canvas and I had it cleaned up and restored some 10 years ago. It is signed by a F. Roth who is - so I heard - a local artist. This painting has been in my family for some 60 years or more.

Does anyone know of this artist? Is he well-known and what other paintings has he done?
