For about the past two months I have been getting extremely sharp pains where my ovaries are at when my boyfriend and I have sex in certain positions. This didn't start until after my galbladder surgery and its ruining what should be a romantic experience with him because I always end up in tears. Any suggestions/advice?

Are you sure it is your ovaries and not your bladder?

It's been a couple of months since it was removed. I'm sure its not my bladder and any where I'm face down or on my sides

Its possible that it is your cervix, and those positions are getting him in too deep for your body. I would stick to the positions that do NOT hurt, and speak to your doctor to make sure nothing else is going on.

I also have the same trouble and it has been 7 years since mine, just find a couple posetions that don't hurt and stick with them,
