Okay I have been trying to remember this movies name I saw a couple parts of it and I can't remember the name? What I remember is there is a bald headed little kid sitting on a dock he has pocketknife and a counsleor walks he tries to hide it and get in trouble he takes off running down the dock he is wearing a white old shirt I think that It is like a home for boys or camp not sure I know there are other little boys in it is it not much to go on but if you can help thanks!
