My fiancŽ is currently doing a 80 days sentence in which he has already done 28 days. However, they keep transferring him from facility to facility not to mention further away from his hometown and maybe even out of state. Is this normal? And Why would the system put so much time and effort not to mention cost to taxpayers to move around inmates like this especially if they are doing short time. Any feedback I would be ever so grateful. Thanks for taking the time to reply to this issue.
