My daughter father was ordered to pay child support,but has failed to do so. In march he will be 62 and I think by sept he will be eleigable for social securty benefits, I want to be ahead of the game and get paper work filed to garnish his benefits, for all of the unpaid child support.

What have you done to try and collect? Most states have an agency to help collect court ordered support. Have you tried working with them?

Also whether he is eligible for benefits doesn't mean he will apply for them.
