Does a deed with the right or survivorship take precedence over a power of attorney. I own a time share with another person. He got a power of attorney listing this property giving ownership of his half to his son upon his death.

The two are very different. A POA allows the holder to act for the grantor. A deed conveys ownership of property.

If you have a deed listed as right of survivorship that doesn't preclude the other owner from transferring his share prior to death.
