Hey all,
Ok, its about me at my University. We have been staring at each other since almost a month now. She's very playful and popular and now a faculty at the same school where she graduated last year. I am a student at master's course in the same University. She gave me 2-3 opportunities like walking/working alone around me, certainly when am alone, but I been such a jack-*** that time, could not give the right hit. Now, the charm between us seems boiling down. She no more (like previously) would give me her attention. Today when we were on the same trodden walking towards to each other, suddenly she changed her way, entered the adjacent building. I feel she is ignoring me now. I don't know what would be my next step. How do I again bring back the charm for her and make her feel interested like it was a couple of weeks back. Please help don't want to miss such a great gal like her. Is she expecting me to walk right up to her and start conversation?

Very Simple. Its too late move on to the next girl. A woman knows within the first two minutes what role a guy will play in her life. It is up to the guy to step up or step down.

You my fellow being has stepped down. After a month, she is long passed the wondering stage, day dreaming stage. She now thinks there is something wrong with you. Hope it helps.

She still stares me.. I don't know what's their on her mind? Well I added her on fb today but she seem to have ignored my request. On one hand she does gives me that look and now she ignores my fb request. What's wrong? What am I missing? I really like that chick and she's on my mind all the time.. how do I make it mature for it?

Go up to her and say hello, then you will know where to go from there.

I really feel I must walk right up to her and start it. But how do I do that? Does she be thinking something is wrong with me? Do I need to explain why didn't I turn up to her at the right time? I don't really wish to have bitter exp. From it. Tell me something to normalize things.

Just go up to her and say, "hi, have have you been?" Let the conversation progress from there. Just take the first step, don't worry about the ones you missed.

Just because you have feelings you don't have to act on them, and since you are familiar with each other a friendly hello, is an icebreaker. Don't get carried away, just keep it real.

I have no clue. You are the one there. Go up to her and say hello (you have nothing to lose) or just give it up!
