I am 14 years old and in the mid stages of puberty recently I noticed a small bump at the base f the shaft of my penis it small as or smaller than a dime. It is a hard bump and I don't have any pain I don't know what it is. I have no clue if I should see a doctor or what I mean I don't know how to metion it and I don't know if it is something bad please help me. It doesn't always worry me but sometimes I get worried about it I really need help

A dime is pretty big. If it is as small as a BB (or smaller) then it is probably just a pimple... but if it is anywhere near the size of a dime, then I'd suggest that you see a Doctor about it.
