I am married and had a "relationship" with a man, whom I did not know was married (not that it makes any difference). He is also in the Navy. I got pregnant from our last encounter. I have not seen him since that time but I have told him that I had a baby and that it was his. He did not want to claim any responsibility. I wasn't asking for anything but a paternity test and he has basically not had the time to do such because he has been out of the country or just has not contacted me. Is there any way I can contact someone to find out where he is so that I can finally get the paternity test done?

Are you in the Navy or is your husband in the Navy ( since you said "he is also in the Navy"}

Legally in most places in the US, your husband is the legal father of the child unless he or the real bio father contests it.

If you want a DNA test you will file in court ( if allowed to) to get a test) he will be served though the Navy and can get it done anywhere he is at by the Navy medical staff *** normally.

If you are with him, does he want a DNA test.

Yes, my husband is on the birth certificate, even though he is NOT the biological father.
Yes, I am still with my husband and he loves my son like he was his own. He does not care if I get a DNA test or not. My only concern is if, at some point in the future, my son would like to meet his "real" father or in the event of a medical crisis he was needed, that I would be able to call on him, him being aware that he was the true father.
I don't want a relationship with the other man. I am hapy and my husband is a wonderful provider for myself, as well as our children.
