I am not breastfeeding and I've taken two preganancy test and they have came back negative and I just recently got on depo and I didn't use protection the first seven days I was suppose to, and my partner didn't pull out and I've haven't seen me period since the fourth of January what is going on

It could be due to a few different things, but pregnancy wouldn't be likely as it would be too soon to normally see leaking as a side effect. Have you had any children before? Sometimes that will cause some leaking to show up earlier than the norm.

It is likely due to the depo, as well as the lack of a period, since depo can effect that as well. I would see your doctor about having a blood test done to rule out pregnancy for the peace of mind. They may decide to do some other testing to see if it is related to something like high prolactin levels, which is another common cause of breasts leaking.
