I've been having this sharp stabbing pain in my temples sometime its in the left other times the right rarely is it in both it comes out of nowhere and only last from a few seconds to a few minutes but during that time it hurts so bad it hard for me to move also my mom and two other people on her side had anuryems I'm not sure if that would have anything to do with it thanks

Just too many possibilities, from tension headache (the catchall diagnosis) to migraine to grinding teeth or any number of rarer things. Are you on any medications or supplements...
Your best bet is to try the usual relaxation, an analgesic like Tylenol or ibuprofin, a warm tub, massage of neck and maybe soles of feet if you can afford it or have someone, and alternating hot and cold washcloth over your eyes as you lie on the couch.
Maybe keep a diary of when it happens.
See a doctor if it persists.
