    1099 Income
I am basically looking for an answer to this dilemma.I have been self employed before,so know all about Schedule C,SE,etc. The last 2 years I had income from side work,so just included this in with that. But I had no side work in 2011,so just this. The company gave no clear category this money is for, just list it as non employee income. They did us no favor by doing us this favor

Not sure of your question, if you are self employed and do work for someone or some company, yes they are suppose to give you a 1099 for the money they pay you.
