Foreign alien parent gift to us citizen child
I am a foreign alien . If I gift $250,000 worth of foreign stocks and cash to my US born daughter, will she be taxed by IRS ?

No the receiver of gift does not pay any tax.
Also since you are foreign alien, you do not pay US taxes on gift.
Your daughter may have to file Form 3520 to inform IRS that the amount is gift. Your U.S. Tax Return: The U.S. Gift Tax
