I am 3 days late on my period and have the following: heartburn, sore and tender nipples, headache, earache, stomach cramps,tired but struggling to sleep at night, nausea, very fast heartbeat, lower back pain, my stomach burns and I have been breaking out huge pimples all over my body (which I have never had) could I be pregnant or coming down with something?

It could be pregnancy symptoms but unfortunately pregnancy symptoms are similar to symptoms for many other things. Since you have missed your period take a test using first morning urine. If its negative wait and see if your period comes, if it doesn't, test again.
