It's possible it will start soon. See what happens with your contractions. If they continue, become closer together, develop a pattern to them, and get stronger, it is likely labour and you would want to give your midwife or doctor a call. If they come and go at irregular times, and are not getting any stronger, they are Braxton Hicks.

Try having plenty to drink and change your activity then see what happens to the contractions. Braxton Hicks will usually subside.
