Hi. I haven't had my period since December 29, 2011. I have taken several pregnancy tests. I know I ovulated on Jan. 26, 2011. All have come back negative except for one. One came back positve but I saw it after the alloted 10 minute time limit. I really do not know where to go from here.

I would wait until the time you would expect your period for February and see what happens. It may be that you just skipped January... it happens. The positive test result would be considered invalid since you read it after the time stated on the test. When did you last test?

If you don't have a period for February as well, either try another test at that time or see your doctor.
