    Blood Glucose level over 500 all day?
    Diabete on insulin morning and night. Takes Janumet but out. Level over 500 all day. What should we do?

    You need to visit your doctor ASAP and possibly have the insulin dosage adjusted. Also, the diet needs to be monitored more closely.
