How should I go about changing my drain from a two hole sink to a one hole sink? I now have a two hole sink rhat has two drainage pipes. One is the disposal the other just a drain. Should I cap the one or tie it into the other under the sink?

Cap one and just use the other. Use which ever is most convenient for the new sink.
