Nope. Other family members don't have any rights to the child (unless designated legal guardians or possibly in the case of both parents being deceased).

I wish I could tell you yes, but in many states grandparents still don't have any rights and in some of the ones where they do, it is almost impossible to get them inforced.

No they do not have any legal rights or rights to see the baby. It is all up to the parents.
