Okay this is not as bad as I usually get it first I had a really bad fever now I got this it hurts so freaking bad that I lost my voice I can't even talk I tried gargling peroxcide and water and mouthwash I tried tea I tried that spray medison u leave in uour mouth for 15 seconds I took some pills nothing is working not even like for a few minutes it just doesent help at all it even hurts when I don't swallow and hurts even more when I talk or cough please help me it hurts so bad :(

Your best bet is a visit to your doctor and possibly a prescription for antibiotics. Bad idea with the peroxide that would only have irritated it more.
