That depends on your landlord and where you are. Since you owe rent, the landlord can serve you a pay or quit notice. This notice gives you 3-15 days (depending on area) to pay or or vacate. If you don't do either the landlord files for an eviction order. This involves a hearing at which an eviction order is issued. From there you will have a few days to vacate or the landlord can hire a sheriff to physically remove you.

In most places you should have already been evicted. You are only there now, because your landlord is being nice, feels sorry for you, or they are a poor landlord.

Once you were late the first month, they could have evicted you.
