How to wire two lights and two switches from a single source?
How do I wire a light - switch - switch - light with the power source coming from the first light? A diagram would be helpful.

Do you need your 2 switches turned to "ON" ?

    POWER --X-------_----_-------X ("X" : are lights, and "_" : are swithes)

or do you only need 1 switch like that ?

    ----_----
    POWER --X---| |--------X ("X" : are lights, and "_" : are swithes)
    ----_----

I have a power source going to a hall light and down to a switch in a double switch box. The second switch goes to an outside light that doesn't have a power source. I need to wire the two switches in the box to be able to use both lights independently. I thought about running the power source to the switches instead, but the switch box is in a difficult location. Thank you.

I got it. The wire from the hall light to the 1st switch is a three wire so I was able to run the extra wire as a source to the second switch. Thank you for your help.
