    Florida time sharing order
A temporary time sharing Order was entered in my dissolution case without a parenting plan in place. Florida Statutes seem to state that a Parenting Plan is required for any Time Sharing Order. Is a Time Sharing Order void ab initio if there is no accompanying Parenting Plan?

What specific statutes are you referring to?

Generally Family Courts are less formal so its unlikely you can void the Time Sharing order due to the absence of a parenting plan.

No, nothing automatic voids a court order. You may try to use this as grounds to have it over turned, why did you not object to it when it was issued?

But until it is over turned, it is valid.
