Would like idea of what to do about the earache and fluid coming out of his ear.

Comment... if he isn't hurting and the fluid is clear, then his ears will not have to be blown. But if you are worried, then take him to his pediatrian

Please take him to the ER. We have no way of knowing if this is or isn't cerebral spinal fluid.
