    Is it safe to eat jalapeņo peppers/ pepper juice while pregnant?
    I have been craving a lot of spicy food I just sat down and ate a jar of jalapeņos and even drank some juice, my grandmas concerned this might not be safe for me or the baby... Is it?

    Yes, spicy foods are fine to have while pregnant. If they don't bother you, enjoy... :)

    If your baby (inside you) doesn't like the spicy stuff, you will know for sure!

    Food is very important for all. If you eat a lot of food, you have lost to control your body. For example, if you eat a lot of spicy food, your stomach felt hot and burn. Your baby is also felt hot. If you crave to eat spicy food,you can eat small amount but too much amount is dangerous for you and your baby. Before eating foods, don't forget things that is " Live to eat, not eat to live".
