If he was in his underwear in a pool and he ejaculated, there's no way that you could get pregnant just because you were in the pool with him. The chlorine alone would cause major issues, but that's not even an issue.

You can't get pregnant this way, unless you two were having sex in the pool. If that's the case then it's a whole other story.
