Most women don't have a period for months after giving birth. Longer if they're breastfeeding.

Pregnancy is possible. A woman ovulates before she gets her period, and there are many couples that have children that are less than a year apart.

The only way to know for sure is a pregnancy test. Back to back pregnancies are very possible.
