    Water pressure
My water is kicking on at 60 going up to 90 and the going rate back down to 60, after pressure is released at the relief valve, I tried adjusting the pressure but no luck

90 PSI is twice the average house pressure of 45 PSI and should be adjusted back. If I read you correctly you're on a pump system. If you have a Square "D" pump control box let me show you how to adjust your pressure.
First turnoff the power at the breaker box, then pull the cover off the pressure switch,(see image) and you will see two spring loaded bolts secured with nylon nuts. One tall, one short. To increase the cut in pressure, turn the nut on the tall bolt down. To increase the cut out pressure,(that's the one that will give you more pressure) turn the nut on the short bolt down until the desired pressure's reached. To decrease pressure do the opposite.
    Good luck, Tom

I tried adjusting the bolts on the square d pump control. I moved them both about a full turn CCW and the pressure did not drop, it stays a constant 60 psi then the pump kicks on for about a minute while the gauge does not move. Then it rapidly goes up to 90 psi, and then the relief valve lets some water out, then the gauge goes right back to 60 psi
