    If you are writing a letter to a potential buyer you should say why the buyer should buy your goods and services. Life what do you provide to your customers that your competition does not provide. Do you guarantee your products or servcies for a certain length of time. Do you beat your competition's prices. Do you provide personalized services. etc...
    Write what sets you apart from your competition.
