Should tricare be privatized

Tricare health care plan was the coverage for people in the military... at least
In my hospital many years ago. It's a government insurance, not private. I
Hope I'm right but that's what I believed at the time.

It seems to work with medicare, for those that take a plan that of manged by a private company.
