I have a Panama fan just over a year old. The lights and fan don't turn on at all. The first sign of a problem was when the lights were on they would just go out on their own. It did that a couple of times, but now the lights and fan won't come on at all. Help please

I would check the switch at the wall . Might just be a loose wire.

Which Model Panama do you have? If it is the Intelli-Touch then the problem you described could be the power supply on the Hi-Rel, If you have the Advan-Touch you may just need to reprogram it, If it is the pull chain model with the W-52 it is the receiver, or cal Fantastic Fan Service 800-800-3871 They are Casablanca's National Service Center
