Well I've been feeling ill for the past month now. In the last 2 weeks I have been experiencing a constant dull pain in my lower abdomin, where the pain increases straight after I have eaten. I have lost my appitite and tend to get full up really quickly. I have been constipated for a couple days and I also keep getting big mouth ulcers and have become very tired. Could this is crohns disease?
