Dear Sir


I am a dentist from Iraq , Me and my wife( she is also a dentist) ,both obtained a B1/B2 visa for one year multiple for a dental conference in FEB 2012 , and we are planning to stay in US to qualify our certificate by taking the dental board exam and the procedure takes about 7-8 moths preparation then taking the exam and thereafter apply to a 2-year college (which also my take time from 8-9 months to obtain the acceptance of the university) , so the question here we don't want to break the LAW here and what is the requirement to do so if we can stay here legally? Or stay here for 3 month then apply for a change in status ?

Note : If we giving at the POE in US 3 month stay , what is the procedures and possibility to change our status so they can prepare for the Exam and wait for the unvirsity acceptance ?
