Which cream do u suggest for skin lightening

None!

All of them are pointless. Some don't work at all, others look like they white wash the face. Some work only as long as you keep using it.

If you want to lighten your skin, use natural bleaches like tomato juice or diluted lemon juice. Stay away from sun and keep your skin clean.

As far as I know only steroids boost up immense satisfaction but as a professor and dictator of human health I do not recommend it because it kills your liver and you will have holes in your skin , very harmful to human health

Doctor I last saw said steroids are popular in africa because pure africans have a very thick skin, and steroid thins it out so it looks noticeably Lighter. It didn't work noticeably for me back when I tried it, all I got was extremely thin skin, a fat face and flabbly areas of fat all over my body, with deep permanent stretch marks. Doc explained it's because I'm mix (black and latino) my skin was not that thick to begin with so the steroid only made it thinner than it already was, so no significant lightness would happen for me, and that steroids generally don't lighten mix race, asian, indian, or latino skin types unless they were very black thick skinned to begin with.
